Yep! As written above, today Team Spirit officially goes Sugar Free…. Okay okay, technically it’s actually “Refined-Sugar free“, there’s a huge difference between the two, and when you learn the difference between the two – it will blow your mind. There’s actually a story here, as well as the cool hard logic which when you get down to it… It just makes sense.
Ray and I eat pretty well. I mean, get the organic food that we can at stores, or at a farmers market if there is one. We typically make all of our own things ourselves, but every once in a while we let slip a cheezy-pretzel at the movie theater, or a subway sandwich that saves us the hassle of making something when we’re just not in the mood.
The world we are striving for and envisioning to create, followed by creating, is a huge community of friends built around an incredible environment! A Spirit Center, if you will. Which would potentially be laid out in a Geometry composing of various spaces. One of those spaces, a studio. Another, a Laboratory. And also… A very large Community Kitchen! You see, if everyone shared a kitchen, instead of having separate ones, we would be a part of a tremendous experience of learning, sharing, and eating together! We get to know each other and learn how to cook together. Also – this saves the hassle of EVERYONE cooking EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Especially when you are a very busy person, and your profession is not “cooking”.
In this Spirit Kitchen, if you wanted to make food, you make food! If you’re not feeling it, that’s okay! Everyone is partipating in the creation of the “thing” constantly, and so regardless of what you do, if you’re in service to others – Its an equal exchange across the board.
But we’re not quite there yet, and so we were making the best with what we had in the moment. 1 Kitchen, 2 guys, and some vegan recipe books in a close-minded town.
Now, in recent times we had a sort of experience which created a huge diffusion and mixing of energy. It was a very strong force that swept through, and was the catalyst for all kinds of change. You might recall that as about the time I stopped posting on these blogs.
It was a rocky time, from start to finish, and in that time one of the things that changed was that we started eating worse. We stopped caring so much about the health, and started going with “Well, it’s cheaper”. That was the mentality, and it was because of that “entering” into our field, upon exiting now we are cleaning it all up, and making some new connections that previously we weren’t aware of.
Recently we were made privy to some information shared by my friend Steven Bancarz, who is the creator of the incredible vibe we all know and love ~ Spirit Science & Metaphysics.
The guys who are behind the popular poison “Aspartame” changed the name of Aspartame to “Amino Sweet”. It’s the exact same, they’ve simply changed the name. Why? Your guess is as good as mine, and I’d reckon it has something to do with the fact that “Amino Sweet” sounds good, new, and healthy! It will be branded that way, and I’m sure someone will probably get about a year or two of solid sales out of it before the general public catches on… You know… unless we do something about it.
But it doesn’t stop there, because we were the victims of another crime. It’s not just Aspartame, and it’s not just High Fructose Corn Syrup. I mean, those are the big dogs, but I have a secret to tell you.
If it’s not natural…. It’s not natural! (And be-tee-dubs, refined sugar isn’t natural!)
The Truth is: The Refined Sugar Carbohydrates that are inside every single “Extracted Sugar” you buy is an unnatural element in your body.
Natural Sugars have a more balanced molecular structure – by Natural I mean eating a Banana, eating an Apple, an Orange, A Grape. Pretty much most fruits, and even some vegetables (like pumpkins). These natural molecules are easily digestible to your body, and they supply you with the proper amount of nutrients and everything that your body needs. (See pic below)
But the refined sugar carbohydrates don’t, they lack what the body needs – it is a hyper-extreme energy with no balance in the middle at all. By “refined sugar carbs” what I mean is that by extracting MASSIVE amounts of sugar from the Cane Sugar Plant and condensing all of that into a single handful of crystals, it is a completely out of balance equation. A lot of what makes Cane Sugar healthy to your body is lost in the industrious alchemy science, and we’re left with a rather unhealthy particle of sweetness.
That realization came upon a situation of Ray and I eating some of our organic guacamole with a bag of chips that we bought, which – upon looking at the ingredients – decided that it sounded pretty good! I mean, it was mostly potatoes and oil. We were quite excited that we had found something that sounded so good
Now, that bag came as a deal, buy 3 for $5. That was a hard offer to refuse, and so we took them up on it – also making the association that the other bags nearby, apart of the same brand, also were made with the same ingredients. That was my bad for not checking.
They were not the same ingredients.
And they tore our mouths up something fierce. I mean, I had sores on my mouth afterward!! I still have them now! IT HURTS!!!
I mean, it’s happened to all of us right? Honest Mistake for not being thorough in checking ALL of the labels, just so excited to have some guacamole!
Upon looking at the bag, low and behold the culprit lay staring back at us, Sugar. The condensed, crystal molecule of such intensity that our body doesn’t know whether to love it or hate it. On one side, that old world we just came from of “I don’t care what I put in my body, as long as it tastes good”, and the world where we knew we were going – Juice Fasts, a field of Gardens, and people making the healthiest, most incredible food you’ve ever eaten in your life!
When Sugar is extracted, they are pulling the sweetness out of the rest of the plant, and part of that process means separating the fiber. If you’re going by the geometry, the molecules they are extracting are at a different vibration than the rest of the plant. It’s a specific molecule, a specific structure that they are extracting. That particular vibration by itself isn’t bad, but in LARGE, CONDENSED versions of it… It’s a little too much.
When we realized this, we decided enough was enough. Actually, it was Ray who pulled the trigger. As of a few days ago, we’re sugar free. Well, we’re using the last of what’s in the pantry, and putting it to good use. Personally, I’m gonna make me a Lemon Meringue Pie… Or at least try to I’ve never done it before, and i’ve really been getting into the habit of just trying to do things that i’ve never done! Plus, there’s a huge lemon tree in the backyard which has like 8 Gajillion lemons on it. I honestly have no idea what to do with it all.

Wanna Try it? Here’s some Tips!
First, always check the ingredients. Disregard anything that has the word “Sugar” or “Corn Syrup” or anything like that. There will be plenty, and it will be hard, if only because you’ve never done it before. The more you do it, the easier it gets.
Second, If you have some friends to do it with, please, do it with them It’ll make your world so much easier, especially if you genuinely do it together, as you’ll be able to bounce off and flow with each other.
Third, the first 3 days will be the hardest. It will get easier and easier and easier, until you will find that eating something with sugar makes your head hurt like crazy.
Fourth, just remember that if you’re having some trouble – just remember that I think you’re awesome, even if we’ve never met before.
And Fifth… Okay I stumbled across this video. This guy does an AWESOME job of connecting some more dots for you. He talks about Sugar from the perspective of cavities in the mouth! So think about this. Your teeth are a physical construction that connects you to the rest of your body. In particular, your skull, which just so happens to house your brain.
If your teeth have cavities, or rot of any kind (listen, I have it too so lets just all be cool about it cuz it’s actually a really serious thing) , that rotting cavity energy is connected to your brain, and it has an affect on it. What level of affect? That would depend on all kinds of factors, quantities of sugars, quality of tooth-care. But what i’m saying is that its bigger than just tooth care, but that’s still serious!
If refined sugar does that to Teeth, imagine what it does to the REST of your BODY?!
