Effective October 16, 2026. Pearce Studios sends newsletters and promotional emails only to recipients who opt in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
What subscribers receive
Our Local SEO & Local Marketing newsletter may include Google Business Profile tips, Google Maps visibility strategies, local advertising guidance, AI search updates, software news, and occasional offers. Email frequency may vary.
Consent and preferences
Our signup form requires affirmative consent to marketing email. Email consent is separate from optional SMS consent. We use Resend to manage our email audience and send email communications. Signing up for email does not require consenting to SMS.
Unsubscribe
You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting us through our contact page. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law. Necessary service or transaction messages may still be sent when appropriate.
Privacy and deliverability
We do not sell newsletter email addresses to third parties for their marketing. Emails may contain standard delivery or engagement measurement technology. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
