SMS Messaging Policy
Effective October 16, 2026. Pearce Studios offers an optional SMS marketing opt-in on its newsletter signup form. SMS campaigns are not yet active; providing a number or opting in does not mean messages are currently being sent.
Consent and message content
If and when SMS messaging is activated, people who separately check the SMS consent box may receive recurring texts from Pearce Studios about Local SEO, local marketing tips, software updates, and promotional offers. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of subscribing to email newsletters. We do not use a prechecked SMS consent box.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
When SMS service is activated, reply STOP to opt out of further marketing texts and HELP for assistance. You can also request removal through our contact page. STOP/HELP handling will be implemented and tested before any SMS campaigns are sent.
Privacy
We use your mobile number and consent record to administer SMS preferences and messaging. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
